Our philosophy is to make the most of the regionally grown ingredients and come back to the roots of gastronomy of our ancestors. The menu is mainly formed around produce from eco-farm Kozojedy, we apply the motto “from the farm to the plate” and it is our pleasure to inform all guests of how their meal was prepared.
